HISTORY
Guindon Moving and Storage is a family owned and operated Steven Worldwide Van Lines agency that has been in business for over 75 years. We have greatly expanded within the last few years and currently have facilities in both Escanaba and Negaunee. As a result of this expansion we have nearly 20 trucks, ranging in size from our small lift-gate trucks to our 50 foot tractor-trailers. This availability of modern equipment allows us to self-haul 80-90 percent of our moves and deliver our customers all across the United States. We also have modern storage facilities at both locations with a second new warehouse added last year at our Negaunee facility. In addition, both facilities have 3 different sizes of mini-storages available.
Although our primary business is household moves, we also specialize in international moving, the crating of furniture, shipping and receiving of freight items, office moves, and the installation of Herman Millers office furniture. We also offer a complete line of packing and crating materials. With an average experience of 15-20 years, our employees allow us to provide our customers with the best possible service.
